Sin, lies, and distance from God bring fear into our hearts. Even when no one questions us or chases us, there is still unrest and instability within. But those who live righteously do not have such fear. Their hearts are pure, and their relationship with God is strong. The righteous are bold like a lion because they trust in God. A person who lives in truth has nothing to hide, and so can stand boldly anywhere. Let us make a decision today—to turn away from sin, draw closer to God, and live righteously.
