The Problems We Cannot Solve Are Waiting for a Mind We Haven't Activated
There is a silent crisis in leadership today — not a shortage of talent, capital, or strategy. The crisis is epistemological. We have built entire systems around the assumption that wisdom is accumulated, that insight is earned through years, and that the most experienced voice holds the answer.
Elihu, not AI, dismantled that assumption thousands of years ago.
In Job 32:6–10, a young man holds his peace — not out of humility, but out of false deference to a framework that had already failed. The older men had spoken, debated, and produced nothing. Then Elihu said what many leaders today are afraid to say:
"It is the spirit in a person, the breath of the Almighty, that gives them understanding."
Not age. Not tenure. Not credentials. The Spirit.
Three Things Most Leaders Miss
Self-disqualification is a structural problem. When Spirit-led voices silence themselves in deference to conventional wisdom, entire ecosystems lose access to the insights they most need. The cost is not personal — it's systemic. Breakthroughs delayed. Problems compounded. Communities that stay stuck not for lack of resources, but because the right voice was told to wait.
Most persistent challenges are perception problems, not resource problems.Poverty. Underdevelopment. Fractured institutions. Innovation without a transcendent foundation is unsustainable. The deepest creative capacity in human beings is not cognitive — it is spiritual.
