Ordered Around His Presence
Scripture
Numbers 2:34 (NKJV)
Thus the children of Israel did according to all that the Lord commanded Moses; so they camped by their standards, and so they broke camp, each one by his family, according to their fathers’ houses.
God at the Center
In this verse, God instructs the tribes of Israel on how to camp and travel. Each tribe had its designated place around the tabernacle—the visible dwelling of God’s presence.
