Powerful Prayer by Richard Sherrer 09/23/24 That You May Know 1 John 5:13-20 I write these things you may believe, The Son of God that you may know; Eternal life that you receive, And Jesus Christ the way to go. This is the confidence we got, Anything we ask per His will; For whatever we may have sought, He has heard willing to instill. And if we know that He has heard, Having requested as we ask; His answer will be in His Word, That will be fulfilling the task. If you see a committed sin, Not leading to death of a life; Confession cleanses it within, And being disciplined with strife. Unrighteousness considered sin, But some sin does not lead to death; Confessing will make you begin, A new life and having new breath. We are all having born of God, He protects from the evil one; But sinning causes to be flawed, If iniquities have been done. For we know that we are from God, The whole world does sway towards Satan; Following him where he would trod, Same way as Adam had fallen.
