Sickness and disease are from the curse of the law. The Father never said sickness wouldn’t come against you. Sickness and disease is a weapon used by the enemy to steal your focus from the Father, and to put your focus on the sickness. He did say: ““No weapon that is formed against you will succeed (Isaiah 54:17a). He didn’t say that the weapon (sickness or disease) wouldn’t come against you, The Father said that, it would not prosper.
To me, it is saying the enemy will form a sickness or disease in your body, but your faith in the promises of God, will counter act what is in your body.
Remember, we’ve been given GRACE, power and authority over ALL of the works of the enemy (Luke 1:19).
Sickness and disease may come upon you from the enemy, or it may be self inflicted, but it’s all part of the curse. We’ve been redeemed from the law of sin, sickness and death, if we can believe (have faith) in the finished work that Yeshua did on the cross. You must make a choice to believe the Word more than the report. We walk by faith and not by sight (2 Corinthians 5:7).
