Many believers are carrying weights
they were never designed to carry.

But the instruction from God is direct:
Cast your cares upon Him.
Not some burdens

Because God never intended anxiety
to become your lifestyle.
The danger of carrying everything alone is this:
It exhausts the mind, weakens faith, and steals peace.
But surrender changes posture.
