Just a bit about myself. This is not to feel sorry for, but the journey I have on...
I'm a divorced mom with 2 teens. My marriage was a roller-coaster journey.
In the process I lost myself, who I remember I was. But with God nothing is impossible. The divorce process (now 3years) wasn't easy, mainly because I have 2 children involved. It was one of the most difficult choices I had to make.
Now, I'm working at a school where both ky children are also. It is not the perfect circumstance at the moment. It's quite challenging at times.
I'm not ungrateful, because we have a roof over our heads, and my children can finish their school journey.
At times I feel so alone, even though I'm between people. I live in a small room. I still believe this is just a process and pruning season for what is yet to come. I hold on to that hope. But in the midst of this all, I'm slowly discovering myself again. The process is a long and at times painful, but I keep on holding on to God's promises. I know this is not the place where I will be for long. But it's sure is part of my healing process....
One of the main verses coming to mind is : Jeremiah 29:11 (NKJV)
"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope."
He will never leave nor forsake us.
Thank you that I could share something "personal".
Have a blessed day
