Someone once asked me, “How do you know when a church has no real move of Jesus and no true conviction of the Holy Spirit?” I said: when people leave feeling emotional, excited, hyped, and “on fire” in the moment but once they walk out of the church building, they go right back to the world unchanged. No repentance. No conviction of sin. No transformation. No desire for holiness. No death to self. It becomes more about feelings than true surrender to Christ.
