Need to know.
NATIONAL SABBATH → NATIONAL PRAYER → NATIONAL REDEDICATION

America is being called to a historic religious moment.

President Trump’s White House proclamation encouraged Americans to observe a “national Sabbath” during the weekend of Rededicate 250.

Then on Sunday, May 17, 2026, Americans are being invited to gather on the National Mall for a National Jubilee of Prayer, Praise, and Thanksgiving — to pray, give thanks, and rededicate America as “One Nation Under God.”

Trump said:

“Prayer is America’s superpower.”

And the national theme is clear:

Prayer.
Worship.
Rededication.
One nation under God.

Now listen carefully.

Prayer is good.
Repentance is good.
A nation seeking God is good.

But Bible prophecy warns us that the final crisis will come when religion and civil power unite, and when national worship becomes connected to national authority.

Revelation 13:11 KJV
“And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth… and he spake as a dragon.”

This is not about attacking prayer.

This is about watching the prophetic direction.

When a nation begins speaking in religious language…
When government begins promoting sacred time…
When worship becomes part of national identity…
When church and state move closer together…

God’s people must be awake.

The final test will not be over politics.

It will be over worship.

Revelation 14:12 KJV
“Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.”

God’s Sabbath is not appointed by presidents, churches, courts, or culture.

God’s Sabbath is the seventh day.

Exodus 20:8-10 KJV
“Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy… the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God…”

The issue is not merely a day.

The issue is authority.

Who has the right to define worship?

God — or man?

FOOTNOTE

Ellen G. White wrote:

“The Sabbath will be the great test of loyalty, for it is the point of truth especially controverted.”
— The Great Controversy, p. 605

She also wrote:

“While one class, by accepting the sign of submission to earthly powers, receive the mark of the beast, the other choosing the token of allegiance to divine authority, receive the seal of God.”
— The Great Controversy, p. 605

And again:

“The enforcement of Sundaykeeping on the part of Protestant churches is an enforcement of the worship of the papacy.”
— The Great Controversy, p. 448

The final crisis will not be over nationalism.

It will not be over personalities.

It will not be over political parties.

It will be over worship, obedience, and loyalty to God’s commandments.

Now is the time to know Christ.

Now is the time to study the Word.

Now is the time to stand with the Lamb.

Revelation 14:7 KJV
“Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.”
