How to Cope When Feeling Tired and Exhausted in Ministry?

1. Rest without guilt
Jesus Himself rested and withdrew to pray.
“Come with me by yourselves to a quiet place and get some rest.” — Mark 6:31

2. Return to God’s presence
Ministry without intimacy with God becomes draining.

3. Spend time with Him not as a worker, but as His child.
Do not carry everything alone
Learn to delegate and ask for help. Even Moses needed support from others.

4. Protect your heart from bitterness and pressure
Not everyone will understand your sacrifices. Serve God faithfully, not for people’s applause.
Remember your calling

5. Go back to the reason why God called you.
Your assignment is from Him, and His grace is enough for each season.

Take care of your body and mind
Sleep, eat properly, breathe, and recover. Your body is also God’s temple.
Ministry is not a race to prove strength.
It is a walk with God sustained by grace.
