MATTHEW 11:28-30.
28 "Come to Me,"
(Call is whosoever will)

"all you who labor and are heavy laden,"
Speaking to people who would be disciples, and burden and heavy laden is a person who is living a worldly life trying to find peace in the world's ways, man's own ideas and religions.

"and I will give you rest."
The rest Jesus is talking about is Salvation where you cease from your own works including your dead religious works. Your own ideas and works no matter how religious they are and put Jesus yoke upon you.

Hebrews 4:9-10. 9
There remains therefore a rest for the people of God. 10 For he who has entered His rest has himself also ceased from his works as God did from His.

Isaiah 57:20-21. 20
But the wicked are like the troubled sea, When it cannot rest, Whose waters cast up mire and dirt. 21 “There is no peace,” Says my God, “for the wicked.”

"Verse 29 Take My yoke upon you"
First a yoke is a device that is placed on the neck to make two oxen walk and work together. So you will be joined to Jesus and do the will of the Father.

"and learn from Me,"
Do Jesus’ teachings and commandments in the New Testament. John 14:15 If you love Me, keep (obey) My commandments.

"for I am gentle and lowly in heart,"
Meek and lowly is humble and obedient servant doing the will of God.
Philippians 2:8.
And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross.

"and you will find rest for your souls."
Means true salvation.
Matthew 7:21-27.
21 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven.
22 Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’
23 And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’
24 “Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock:
25 and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock.
26 “But everyone who hears these sayings of Mine, and does not do them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand:
27 and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it fell. And great was its fall.”

Verse 30 "For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”
2 Corinthians 4:16.
Therefore we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day. Though sometimes the outward man is wasted away by affliction and persecution and trials the inward man is renewed with fresh grace, faith and strength.

2 Corinthians 4:17.
For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory, So even as Paul suffered tremendously He called it light. In relation to eternal rewards they produce.

2 Corinthians 11:23-27.
23 Are they ministers of Christ?—I speak as a fool—I am more: in labors more abundant, in stripes above measure, in prisons more frequently, in deaths often.
24 From the Jews five times I received forty stripes minus one.
25 Three times I was beaten with rods; once I was stoned; three times I was shipwrecked; a night and a day I have been in the deep;
26 in journeys often, in perils of waters, in perils of robbers, in perils of my own countrymen, in perils of the Gentiles, in perils in the city, in perils in the wilderness, in perils in the sea, in perils among false brethren;
27 in weariness and toil, in sleeplessness often, in hunger and thirst, in fastings often, in cold and nakedness—

Like many religions we don't have thousands of man's traditions and ideas placed on us, but we do Jesus' teachings in the New Testament(Obey all the New Testament in the Holy Bible).

God willing, more will be posted soon. All glory to Jesus alone.
