Overthinking.
Worries.
“What ifs.”
Fear.
Pressure.
Comparison.
It’s like there are too many voices in your head at the same time..
Sometimes anxiety becomes so loud that it steals your peace, your sleep, and even your joy.
And honestly, I think many of us silently struggle with this.
We replay conversations.
We overthink the future.
We carry problems we cannot even control yet.
But one thing I’m slowly learning is this:
Not every voice in our mind deserves to be believed.
Some thoughts come from fear.
Some come from insecurity.
Some come from pain and overthinking.
But God’s voice is different.
God’s voice brings peace, not panic.
Direction, not confusion.
Hope, not fear.
That’s why when the voices in your mind become loud, learn to listen to God’s voice more.
Pray.
Pause.
Open His Word.
Surrender your thoughts to Him.
Because sometimes peace does not come from having all the answers. Sometimes peace comes from remembering who God is in the middle of uncertainty.
“Be still, and know that I am God.” — Psalm 46:10
You are not alone in this battle.
