SONG OF SOLOMON FOR THE LAST DAYS,
WHEN THE BRIDEGROOM IS COMING BUT THE BRIDE IS NOT READY.

Song of Solomon is not merely a love poem.
It is the heart-cry of holy love between the Bridegroom and His bride—pointing God’s last-day people to love, purity, surrender, and readiness.

Jesus warned:

“Because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.”
— Matthew 24:12 KJV

Christ is warning us:

A church may talk about My coming—
and still have a heart growing cold toward Me.

The last generation is surrounded by distraction, worldliness, secret sin, shallow religion, and delayed surrender.

But Song of Solomon stands like a midnight cry before the wedding:

THE BRIDEGROOM IS COMING—BUT IS THE BRIDE READY?

1. RELIGION WITHOUT LOVE IS EMPTY
A Bible in the hand. A church name. A correct doctrine. A public profession.
But a cold heart.

“My beloved is mine, and I am his.”
— Song of Solomon 2:16 KJV

Only love for Christ can turn religion into living communion.

2. A DIVIDED HEART IS NOT READY
Christ and the world. Truth and compromise. Prayer and pride. Jesus and secret sin.
That is not bridal loyalty.

“I am my beloved’s, and my beloved is mine.”
— Song of Solomon 6:3 KJV

The Bridegroom is not coming for a bride flirting with Babylon.

3. TRUE LOVE PRODUCES PURITY
Christ’s love does not leave the soul stained.
It cleanses what sin polluted.

“Thou art all fair, my love; there is no spot in thee.”
— Song of Solomon 4:7 KJV

Love for Jesus makes sin bitter and holiness beautiful.

4. SLEEPING WHILE JESUS KNOCKS IS DEADLY
Convicted—but delaying. Awakened—but not rising. Hearing the knock—but not opening fully.

“I sleep, but my heart waketh: it is the voice of my beloved that knocketh.”
— Song of Solomon 5:2 KJV

The most dangerous sleep is not outside the church—
it is sleeping while Jesus is calling.

5. DELAY CAN TURN CONVICTION INTO SILENCE
The bride delayed. Then she searched. Then she grieved.

“I opened to my beloved; but my beloved had withdrawn himself, and was gone.”

Every resisted call makes the next call easier to ignore.

6. LOVE SEEKS CHRIST, NOT JUST HIS BLESSINGS
Not routine prayer only. Not fear only. Not asking only in crisis.
But longing for His presence.

“I sought him whom my soul loveth.”
— Song of Solomon 3:1 KJV

Do you seek Jesus because you need help—
or because your soul loves Him?

7. CHRIST’S LOVE IS STRONGER THAN DEATH
Gethsemane could not stop it. The cross could not silence it. The grave could not hold it.

“Love is strong as death… many waters cannot quench love.”
— Song of Solomon 8:6–7 KJV

Christ did not love us because we were beautiful—
His love makes the repentant soul beautiful.

8. THE BRIDE MUST BE READY BEFORE THE BRIDEGROOM COMES
Not careless. Not distracted. Not half-surrendered.
Ready.

“The marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.”
— Revelation 19:7 KJV

Mercy is waiting because many souls are not ready.

9. TRUE LOVE IS SEEN IN OBEDIENCE
Love in the heart must become obedience in the life.

“Set me as a seal upon thine heart, as a seal upon thine arm.”
— Song of Solomon 8:6 KJV

“If ye love me, keep my commandments.”
— John 14:15 KJV

Love without obedience is sentiment.
Obedience without love is cold form.
But love-filled obedience is the mark of Christ’s bride.

10. SHALLOW LOVE WILL NOT SURVIVE THE FINAL CRISIS
Pressure will rise. Compromise will be demanded. Loyalty will cost something.

“Many waters cannot quench love.”
— Song of Solomon 8:7 KJV

A shallow love cannot carry a soul through a final crisis.

Song of Solomon and Revelation preach one warning:
Love Christ. Leave the world. Be pure. Be ready. The Bridegroom is coming.
