People think that they need a Bible To know the word of God and to know Jesus and the power of the Holy Spirit
rely Just on the Bible And saying we need Bibles, But the Bible is clearly merely Of your walking in faith.

Yes, we do need a Bible, but we also remember that in Ephesians chapter 6 put on the full armour of God.

We also it's important that we memorise scripture, then when tribulations and trails come where we are being overwhelmed, We can start to use the scriptures that we have memorised.

So what did people think about this?

Why do people?

And I would like your opinion on this That the first thing that people do is we need Bibles and we need to read the Bible.

Yes.

This is important that we read our Bibles, the word of God Thinking about.

We also need to look at Ephesians chapter 6 And it talks about the armour of God and that we should place the armour of God on every day.

But also we need to write the word of God on our hearts.

And we need to memorise scriptures Because in our time of trials and tribulations in in our dark times, If we can, quote the scriptures And have memorised them and the written on our heart, Then we do not need To quietly, grab the word of God, because sometimes we might be somewhere unless you're a person that always takes their Bible everywhere.

But not everybody will take their Bible everywhere.

The point is even if you had the Bible on your phone, you may not have the internet everywhere.

So the point is that I make is that we need to write the word of God on our heart.

We need to memorise scriptures As it says in Ephesians 6.

That we do not fight the things of this world, but we fight the principalities And we fight the principalities of this air And we have to deal with temptation.

And when we deal with temptation, if we write the scriptures in our hearts, Then we can then re-say them from our hearts.

And this is going to help us In our faith Walk with Jesus And we can allow the Holy Spirit to teach us and we can allow the spirit of God to dwell in us.

One thousand percent.

But the question is, do we need To always say?

We need to grab the Bible.

We need to get the Bible and start reading it.

Yes, we need to read our Bibles, But we also need to The word of God.

The Holy Spirit can teach us The Holy Spirit knows what we to speak about trust Jesus let the Holy Spirit be in your in every thing you do.

In our hearts, There is one thing to be able to read your Bible And know it From word to word, But that's not what I'm talking about.

I'm talking about be able to Be still.

And as Jesus says, be still

But the question comes back down to it.

It is about writing scripture on our hearts.

It is about preparation To be able to fight The good fight And that when Jesus returns, We know that Jesus can say good and faithful servant.

So my question is, Do you think we just need to grab our Bibles and read them and that is it or do you think we need to write the scriptures On our hearts And have them on our hearts where the Holy Spirit is teaching us?

The Holy Spirit is guiding us and the Holy Spirit is actually the one and 100 percent in control, For instance, in your times where you are feeling overwhelmed in the times, when you are feeling boxed in when you're feeling anxiety, you need to have The scriptures written on your hearts so you can quote them.

For instance, John 3, 16 for God so loved this world that he gave his only begotten son that whoever believes in him, shall not perish And may or shall have eternal life.
for Gods so love this world.

So Why is it that we Do not Teach as much To encourage people to write the scriptures on their hearts and also focus on discipleship and discipling people within the Lord Jesus Christ and allowing the Holy Spirit, to be the teacher, allowing the Holy Spirit to guide us and allowing the Holy Spirit to be in control, Not us being in control because we're not of this world.
We are separate from this world And we follow Jesus Christ.

So I like you to meditate on the fact that we do need to write The word of God On our hearts.

And we need to also remember what Jesus was talking about.

The Pharisees, The yeast of the Pharisees That we must realise.

This that we are to do and imitate Christ and be like Christ in our attitude, in how we walk, How we talk Because that way, the light of Jesus will shine out from us.

For instance, Moses.

He Had to cover his face Because the Israelites that we're listening to him, Their hearts were hardened And they would not have understood Or had I see a problem because all I can see is this bright light of God coming from Moses's face.

The question comes down to it.

Is We are no longer under law.

We are under the grace of our Lord.
Jesus Christ.

Jesus didn't come to abolish.

The law.

Jesus came to fulfil the law.

So, in this sense, When Jesus ascended into heaven, he left us The gift Of the Holy Spirit, our teacher, our comforter the one that teaches us.

So the question would be, let's start writing scripture on our hearts.

The scripture that I'm talking about is the word of God and that is, we Have the scripture written on our hearts, then yes.

We need to read our Bibles but also It is in our hearts as well.
