DAY 5 – COME TO THE ALTAR
Will You Fully Surrender To Jesus?

Jesus gave everything so we could come home to the Father.
The cross of Jesus Christ is the greatest demonstration of love the world has ever known. Through His sacrifice, sinners are redeemed, captives are set free, and eternal life is offered to all who believe.
God is calling His people beyond surface Christianity into full surrender. The altar is a place of exchange — where fear is replaced with faith, shame with mercy, and death with life.
THE INVITATION OF JESUS
Christ still calls weary souls to Himself.
John 7:37 (BSB)
“If anyone is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink.”
Jesus alone satisfies the deepest hunger of the soul.
COME BOLDLY TO THE FATHER
Jesus opened the way for us to approach God without fear.
Hebrews 10:19-22
“Therefore, brothers, since we have confidence to enter the Most Holy Place by the blood of Jesus, by the new and living way opened for us through the curtain of His body, and since we have a great priest over the house of God, let us draw near with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith…”
The cross removed every barrier between God and those who place their faith in Jesus Christ.
A LIVING SACRIFICE
Worship is surrendering our whole lives to God.
Romans 12:1
“Therefore I urge you, brothers, on account of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God, which is your spiritual service of worship.”
True worship costs us our pride, our will, and our whole heart.
RETURN TO YOUR FIRST LOVE
God desires wholehearted devotion, not empty religion.
Revelation 2:4-5
“But I have this against you: You have abandoned your first love. Therefore keep in mind how far you have fallen; repent and perform the deeds you did at first.”
Jesus is calling His people back to passionate love, wholehearted worship, and intimate relationship with Him.
Beloved:
The altar is still open. Jesus is still saving. Heaven is still rejoicing over transformed lives. Do not settle for partial surrender when God is calling you into total devotion.
Lay every burden before the Lord today. Let chains break. Let healing flow. Let fresh fire fall upon your heart as you recommit your life fully to Jesus Christ.
This is not the time to remain half-hearted in your walk with God. Jesus did not carry the cross so we could live lukewarm, compromised lives. He is worthy of full surrender, wholehearted worship, and complete obedience.
Prayer:
Father, in the name of Jesus, thank You for the cross and for Your amazing grace.
I come to you through Jesus the Son, not through anything I've done, but humbly to your arms I run
I reject compromise, fear, pride, lethargy and spiritual passivity.
I surrender afresh, with renewed passion, and deeper devotion to Jesus Christ.
Fill me Holy Spirit and empower me to live boldly for Your Kingdom, to be your witness, to walk in the Spirit, not the flesh, to overflow with the fruit of the Spirit, and use the gifts of the Spirit entrusted to me, to build the Kingdom, and be used to see your Kingdom come and will be done here in and through my life
I declare that my life, spirit, soul and body, belong completely to Jesus.
In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.
