Expected, Unexpected, Above and Beyond
You should expect the expected—what you prayed for. If you bring your tithes and offerings, your hope is that God will open the windows of heaven. Expect what He said will happen.
But also expect the unexpected—breakthroughs you can't anticipate, like an unexpected check or a surprise promotion.
“Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us.” — Ephesians 3:20
We should also expect what is above and beyond. Our God is above and beyond any problem or circumstance. When you do what you know to do, expect the expected, the unexpected, and what is above and beyond. Who can defeat you with that kind of hope?
Change your perspective and declare: Something good is coming to me today. Let Jesus be the foundation of your hope. Don’t let reason kill your faith and expectation; instead, praise God. Declare your harvest is on its way, and always live expecting that a great harvest is coming.
