Read; Psalm 119:18
From the point of view of grace and being freed from keeping the law as a way to be righteous and justified, this is a great prayer. We can see the chaos and violence that happen when there are no rules of law in a society by just looking around us. God's law gave us many great things, and it can still give us good things if we let it. But Jesus, in whom all of God's promises are kept, is the greatest blessing of the Old Testament Law.
Prayer
Thank you, Holy Father, for your righteousness. When you judge the planet, I know you will give justice and resolve all injustices. This brings me peace because I know you see me as your righteous child through Jesus. Today, my prayer is that I can live in a way that honors you and reflects the character of your Son while He walked this planet. In Jesus' precious name, I pray. Amen.
