It's not too late to pray about it. I have experienced this. At times it may seem as if it's too late to pray about a need; because if the Lord had waited until we petitioned Him for it to start answering the prayer it couldn't happen; but He is omniscient having always known everything before it happened--including every prayer you would ever pray--so He can start working on it before you pray. When you pray for something that seems impossible and see the answer with your own eyes it greatly increases your faith. So the Lord gave this exhortation to the Old Testament prophet Isaiah to share with His people.

"And it shall come to pass that before they call I will answer and while they are yet speaking I will hear." ~ Isaiah 65:24
