Unless you are a narcissist and delusional about reality, you probably have times when you’re filled with self-doubt. Even the person who appears to have their life all together, walking with purpose, head held high, the picture of confidence, is likely to have some feelings of insecurity. The truth is, no matter how you mask your innermost feelings, most people experience a lack of confidence at some time. Others fight the battle their entire lives because they choose to listen to Satan’s lies that they are not talented, they’re ugly, they have a dull personality, no one likes them, and so on. Instead of listening to all that garbage in your head . . . train yourself to hear “what God whispers” and not “what the enemy may be shouting”! God wants you to know that you are His child! He created you, and you are awesome! He made each of His children uniquely different, and He has a plan and purpose that is specially designed for you! Embrace who God made you to be! The Bible says in Jeremiah 1:5, “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart;” Trust that God knows what He is doing! Jesus loves you!
