“WHEN GOD SPEAKS TO DRY BONES”
Read: Ezekiel 37:3-8

“Again he said unto me, Prophesy upon these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the word of the LORD.” — Ezekiel 37:4

Thought Of The Day...
The Valley of Dry Bones was not a place of life, hope, or possibility. It was a place filled with evidence of death, defeat, and destruction. The bones were not merely dead; they were very dry, signifying a condition that appeared beyond recovery.
Yet God asked Ezekiel a powerful question:
“Can these bones live?”
From a human perspective, the answer was no. Dry bones cannot heal themselves. They cannot reconnect themselves. They cannot breathe life into themselves. But Ezekiel wisely placed the matter in God's hands when he replied, “O Lord GOD, thou knowest.”
Many believers find themselves standing in a valley today. Some face dry relationships, dry finances, dry ministries, dry dreams, or dry spiritual lives. Situations may seem hopeless and beyond repair. But the God who created life from dust can also bring life back to what appears dead.
God's instruction to Ezekiel was not to analyze the bones, mourn the bones, or complain about the bones. He said, “Prophesy upon these bones.” In other words, speak God's Word over the situation.
As Ezekiel obeyed, something began to happen. There was a noise. Then a shaking. Then bones started coming together. Sinews formed. Flesh appeared. Skin covered them.
Notice that restoration happened in stages.
Sometimes we become discouraged because we do not see immediate results. Yet God often works progressively. First comes the shaking, then the joining, then the rebuilding, and finally the breath of life. What looks like chaos may actually be God's process of restoration.
If God has spoken a promise over your life, do not give up when you only see partial progress. Keep trusting. Keep praying. Keep declaring His Word. The same God who started the work is faithful to complete it.
Your valley is not your final destination. The God of resurrection still specializes in bringing life out of dead places.

Key Lessons...
• God's power is greater than your impossible circumstances.
• The Word of God can bring order to chaos and life to dead situations.
• Obedience to God's voice releases His supernatural work.
• Restoration often happens in stages; trust God's timing.
• What appears dead to man is never beyond God's ability to revive.

Prayer...
Heavenly Father,
I thank You that You are the God who brings life to dry bones and hope to hopeless situations. Lord, You see every area of my life that feels broken, weary, and lifeless. Today I surrender those places to You.
Speak Your Word over every dry place in my heart. Revive my faith, restore my strength, renew my vision, and breathe fresh life into every promise You have given me. Help me to trust You even when I cannot see the full picture. Give me faith to keep speaking Your Word and confidence to obey Your voice.
Lord, let every dead dream, every lost hope, and every broken situation be touched by Your resurrection power. May Your breath fill my life once again, and may Your glory be revealed through every restoration You bring.
In Jesus' name, Amen.

Declaration...
I declare that God is breathing new life into every dry place in my life. I will not be defined by my valley, but by God's promises. Every dead thing that God has ordained for my life shall live again. I will trust His process, obey His voice, and walk in His restoration. The Word of the Lord is working in my favor, and I believe that what God has spoken shall come to pass.
“Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you, and ye shall live.” — Ezekiel 37:5 (KJV)
Today, expect the shaking, believe for the restoration, and prepare for God's breath of life.
