And from this inexhaustible fullness, all believers receive from the fullness that gives without ever being depleted. "Grace upon grace," like the endless waves of the sea, God's grace is constantly renewed. One grace received is replaced by a new grace. This image transforms our perception of the Christian life. Every morning, a new wave of grace washes over us. With every trial, a new measure of strength. At every stage, a new grace, a new wave of help. The grace you received yesterday is already replaced by new grace today. Don't live on yesterday's reserves. Come and receive the fresh grace of this morning for this new day, this new week, this new month. Thank you, Lord, for the grace upon grace that flows from Your fullness.
