Good morning to everyone. Grace and Peace be with you.

Battlefields. They are everywhere. When you go to the grocery store. When you are driving down the road. When you get off the phone. When you witness unkindness. When you close your eyes and you are flooded with images from an unknown source. When you see your child (regardless of age) or your grandchildren hurting. When a policy changes at work that really has no value or makes any kind of sense. When a friend is struggling and help seems to be out of reach. Battlefields are everywhere. How we approach them and prepare for them is completely up to us.

This morning, I woke up ready to take a nap. I am on my second cup of coffee. My body aches. I am just tired. Another battlefield. This one is more common and easily dismissed. This is the battlefield where the enemy uses a simple ‘feeling’ to persuade you to ‘just take care of yourself’. Whatever else is going on … do not worry about it … it will be there tomorrow. There is no need for you to worry or pray on this today. When I wake up like this, this is when I know I am on the path Satan is afraid of. This means that I am making progress and my stubborn old behind is just that … stubborn.

Today, I will drink more coffee. I will listen to the bible while I am running errands. I will praise Him with my radio. I will use godly manners to pursue victory over my tasks. I will cast away my tiredness and press on. The fact that I am declaring this publicly means the enemy will, in fact, come at me … just as he just did with my grandson, just being a kid. It did not work. Nice try, though. It is my choice to put on the full armor of God. It is my choice to press on. It is my choice to follow the Father of Love or the father of lies. My choice today is to give the liar a headache.

The battlefields are increasing in intensity every day. Every moment. This means, as warriors for Christ, we must increase our intensity in stubbornness. We must read, pray, sing, and declare even louder and firmer that we will not bow to anyone but the Father in heaven. That our power comes from the One who saved us. That our Faith is unstoppable. That our persistence is powerful.
Will you stand with me today in making sure that the enemy needs all the painkillers in the universe for his massive headache? I promise that once you declare you are with me, that trials will increase in your path today, but where two or more are gathered, in agreement …. HE IS THERE! Stand with me and let's make a great day out of this that the enemy is trying to make bad.

Be blessed.

**You make known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasure at your right hand. – Psalm 16:11
