I was apartment hunting in Lagos for a job opportunity I got. It was challenging and every place slightly manageable was very far even from the nearest bus line. I got a place far from the main road, because that was what was available, but just as I met the landlord and was planning on sourcing funds to pay, I got a call to check another one that was closer to the road, within walking distance to the main bus line.
