June 04, 2026 (day 155/365)
THURSDAY
GOD'S WORD FOR THE DAY
“What Does the Lord Require?”
Deuteronomy 10:12
“And now, Israel, what does the Lord your God require of you, but to fear the Lord your God, to walk in all His ways and to love Him?”
This is the Word of God. In Deuteronomy 10, Moses reminds Israel that God desires more than outward obedience. He calls His people to reverence Him, walk in His ways, love Him wholeheartedly, and serve Him faithfully. True devotion begins in the heart and is reflected in daily life.
God's requirements are not burdensome; they are the pathway to a life that honors Him. When we love the Lord sincerely, obedience becomes a joyful response to His grace.
May we walk closely with God, loving Him with all our hearts and following His ways each day. Amen.
Have a blessed day with the Lord.
