Psalms 69:30
" I will praise God’s name in song and glorify him with thanksgiving."

WE DON'T WORSHIP GOD BECAUSE OF OUR CIRCUMSTANCES. WE WORSHIP GOD IN SPITE OF THEM AND BECAUSE OF WHO HE IS!

It’s easy to feel grateful and praise God when life is going perfectly—when the bills are paid, health is good, and relationships are smooth. But if we only worship when things are good, our worship isn't actually about God; it’s about our comfort. It treats faith like a vending machine where we give praise only when we get a favorable reward.
This is the anchor. In Christian theology, God’s character—His love, justice, faithfulness, and sovereignty—is constant. It doesn't change based on a person's bad day, a tough diagnosis, or a chaotic world. Therefore, if He is always worthy of praise, the reasons to worship Him remain entirely intact even when a person's individual world is turning upside down.
