Be God's Man in God's Place

“Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established.”
Proverbs 16:3

God does not call us to be someone else. He calls us to be His man, right where He has placed us. Whether at home, at work, in church, or in a season of waiting, our responsibility is not to chase recognition but to walk in obedience.

Being God's man means seeking His presence daily, listening to His Word, and surrendering our plans to His direction. It means doing God's work—not for our glory, but for His. And it means doing it God's way—with humility, integrity, love, and faithfulness.

The greatest victories in life are not found in accomplishing our own ambitions but in faithfully fulfilling God's purpose for us. When we trust His timing, follow His leading, and submit to His will, we can rest knowing that He is establishing our steps.

Today, ask yourself: *Am I doing God's work in God's way, where God has placed me?

Prayer
Father, help me to be Your man in the place You have assigned me. Teach me to seek Your will above my own and to serve You faithfully in every area of my life. May my actions reflect Your character, my words honor Your name, and my heart remain surrendered to Your purpose. Let me do Your work in Your way for Your glory alone. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Thought for the Day
God is not looking for perfect men—He is looking for willing men who will faithfully serve Him where they are.
