One of God's Jewels From: Charlie Dean "My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue, but in deed and in truth...1 John 3:18.” Each of us is placed in various places, jobs, schools, even shopping centers. Have you ever asked yourself, "Why am I here?" Perhaps you are there because you are one of God's Jewels and he wants someone to see the light that shines from you. Perhaps he'll leave you there for a time and call someone to talk to you. But, will you and I have time for that person when he gets to courage to come? Or will we quit before the job is done? Will we be too busy for him and reject him before he opens up. Let’s stand fast and ask God to help us do the work he would have us to do every day. Let’s not give Jesus a reason to weep over work not complete. Let’s not give him an opportunity to grieve as he picked us to do something but we failed. Let’s not fail Jesus.
