Perhaps Today - Wisdom on Anger
Wednesday June 10
Do Not Let Anger Control You
“Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath.”
Ephesians 4:26 KJV
Anger itself is not always sin, but what we do with it matters. Holding on to anger gives it power over the heart. God invites us to deal with it before bitterness takes root.
Something to Consider
When you are feeling angry, remove yourself from the situation, take a walk and talk to God first, let your mind settle down, then come back and restart the conversation with a clear head.
