The eye is the lamp of your body
We need to be careful what we are watching it can affect us, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Our eye is the lamp, if your eyes are bad, your whole body will be full of darkness, watching things not pleasing to God is bad for you. When you are watching bad things, it can cause your whole body to be full of darkness.
Matthew 6:22-23 “The lamp of the body is the eye. If therefore your eye is good, your whole body will be full of light. 23 But if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in you is darkness, how great is that darkness!
Beware of watching things with sexual content, it can cause you to sin.
Matthew 5:28-30 But I say to you that whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart. 29 If your right eye causes you to sin, pluck it out and cast it from you; for it is more profitable for you that one of your members perish, than for your whole body to be cast into hell. 30 And if your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off and cast it from you; for it is more profitable for you that one of your members perish, than for your whole body to be cast into hell.
We shouldn’t be watching anything that is not pleasing to God, and we shouldn’t be watching shows with violent, foul language, sexual content, witchcraft, or horror all these have a demonic spirit attached to them, when you are watching shows like that you are giving the devil access to your life, it will negatively affect you and these are work of the flesh. Here is what the scriptures say about this matter.
Psalms 11:5 The Lord trieth the righteous: but the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth.
Colossians 3:8 But now ye also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth.
Galatians 5:16-21 I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. 17 For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish. 18 But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law. 19 Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, 20 idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, 21 envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.
God's words tell us to flee sexual immorality, I am pretty sure He doesn’t want us to sit there entertaining ourselves by watching movies that fulfill the lust of the flesh.
1 Corinthians 6:18 Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body.

Mark 7:21-23 For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders, 22 thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lewdness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness. 23 All these evil things come from within and defile a man.”
Be obedient to God's Word and submit to Him and resist the devil and he will flee from you, therefore don’t entertain yourself by watching demonic things. Also be aware of watching deliverance videos, if demons can get access to a person who is watching a horror movie, they can sure get access to someone who has an open door and is watching a deliverance video, the bottom line is they are both demonic portal, it doesn’t make any difference to demons all they need is an open door and they have legal rights.
James 4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
Galatians 5:24-25 And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. 25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.

make wise decisions in what you are watching and not allow the devil to have a legal right in your life and don’t grieve the Holy Spirit in what you choose to watch.
