Our systems should borrow a leaf from religion. Religion does not wait for a calamity to happen for them to preach salvation and Jesus. Salvation is preached in every meeting, gathering and all available space.
The society, on the other side waits for a bad situation to happen for the to start questioning who was wrong and where is the law. We need to take every available opportunity to instill order and harmony in our institutions. The law should not be used to Threaten, Intimidate or Harass their subjects but instead used for Correction, Order and as a Peace maker.
The Law is good IF man used it LAWFULLY
