Jesus spoke of heaven not to satisfy curiosity but to inspire faithfulness, hope, and trust. His teachings remind us that heaven is - Heaven Is a Kingdom of Righteousness

"Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled." — Matthew 5:6

One reason our world feels broken is because injustice, sin, and evil still exist. Jesus taught that God's kingdom is coming in its fullness, and when it does, righteousness will reign.

In heaven there will be no corruption, hatred, violence, deception, or selfishness. God's perfect goodness will fill everything. Relationships will be healed. Love will be complete. Every wrong will ultimately be made right.

The longing we feel when we see injustice points us toward the future kingdom Jesus promised. Heaven is the home of perfect holiness and perfect love.

Prayer
Father, help me live as a citizen of Your kingdom today. Give me a hunger for righteousness and confidence that Your justice will prevail. Amen.
