you know what's frustrating......you pay thousands of dollars to have someone come install a brand new HVAC and ductwork system, only to have them install it and not adjust it.

For 2 years now I thought my HVAC system was installed incorrectly and that the installers, techs didn't know what they were doing. we kept running higher than normal humidity in the house and during the winter we had to keep the thermostat low because the heat would burn us up.

You know what the fix was??? the fan doors and thermostat placement. Crazy huh??
