YOU DON'T WANT TO BE HEALED?
Prayer for healing wasn't meant to be a well wish. It was meant to produce results in the shortest possible time, real time.
To help with this, the Holy Ghost has given gifts to different believers. These spiritual gifts help them to help others and to move move God's Kingdom forward.
The gifts of healing (1 Corinthians 12:9) are for the benefit of the body of Christ, and for witnessing to the world (Mark 16:17-18).
They are not for anyone to think of themselves as a mighty man or woman of God. Rather, they are tools given to serve God and bless people.
Everyday, I look out for opportunities to be a blessing to as many as I can, both on the Missionary field and on the Internet. By God's Grace, there are testimonies everyday.
It's not me doing the work but the Holy Spirit working through me. I want to be faithful to use the gift to His Glory. So, whenever I see a request of prayer for healing on the Prayer Wall, I reach out.
Anyone can say: "I will pray for you." That can be encouraging. Few actually come to you to pray the prayer of faith.
IT IS THE PRAYER OF FAITH IN THAT HEALS, NOT THE MULTITUDE OF PRAYERS.
This gift is for you.
