I would like to apologize to my fellowes in ministry of the Gospels of Jesus Christ for not having been available during the past week. I recently had an operation that allowed me to in a way take a sabatical.
you see, I am a modest man of almost 77 years…and during all those years have never wiyh the exception of a tonsillectomy as a child, had any other surgical procedures; until now! Last week
I entered the local Advent Hospital with acute appendicitis, piece of cake I thought…and it was.
I was blessed to have a wonderful, talented youn surgeon who prayed with me before going under anesthesia, and the greatest team of Christian nurses any ole country preacher could have asked for.

Today, a week after being operated I sit here in my leater Lazy Boy, just praising God for the opportunity to have appendicitis, so that I could personally witness to His “Amazing Grace.”
