_GOD'S PEACE IN THE MIDST OF STORMS_
```TEXT: JOHN 14:25-31```
```KEY VERSE:``` __"Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid" (JOHN 14:27).__
_Jesus spoke these words on the night before the cross. His disciples were about to face confusion, fear, and loss. Yet He didn’t promise to remove the storm. He promised peace right in the middle of it. His peace is not the world’s peace, which depends on perfect circumstances. His peace is anchored in His presence._
_Three truths about Christ’s peace: One, it’s a gift. “Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you.” You don’t earn it, you receive it. It flows from the finished work of Calvary. Two, it calms the heart. “Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” Worry wants to rule, but Jesus says His peace can rule instead (Col. 3:15). Three, it’s protected by the Holy Spirit. The Comforter He promised would remind us of His words when fear rises (verse 26). We are never left to fight anxiety alone._
_Are winds blowing against your life today? Loss, uncertainty, pressure at work, family burdens? Anchor your heart to Jesus. Breathe, remember His Word, and let His peace stand guard over your mind. The storm may rage, but you will not sink with Christ in your boat._
