Overview of Bible Study;
We kicked off Bible Study with a BANG, the Tabernacle of Moses.
The primary concept taught last night was "God dwelling among us." —God's eternal desire to be with His people, and how the Tabernacle was used to demonstrate His love for us, along with His plan for mankind to redeem us through the blood of Jesus.
Next week (9/16) we will move into the Tabernacle Court where we will learn about sacrifices, and the general setup and structure of this outer area of the Tabernacle. Week by week, we will make our way into the precious areas of this house of worship; the Court, the Holy Place, and finally the Most Holy Place (aka Holy of Holies). We will also learn about the Priesthood and how this role applies to us even today.
