Not every battle means you're doing something wrong. Sometimes the very reason you're facing resistance is because God is doing something right. When God begins to move in your life, don't be surprised if opposition follows.

The enemy doesn't waste time attacking what poses no threat to his kingdom. He fights where God is transforming, healing, restoring, and calling people closer to Himself. That's why seasons of growth are often accompanied by seasons of warfare.

But don't be discouraged by the battle. The presence of warfare is not proof of God's absence. In many cases, it's evidence that God is at work. Stay grounded in His Word, remain faithful in prayer, and keep your eyes fixed on Christ.

The battle may be real, but God's victory is greater.

When God is at work, expect warfare…but expect God to be faithful through it all.
