You know; when you walk by and in radical faith, believing what the Word says over what things in the natural are saying that is contrary to the Word, you still have to battle thoughts of the enemy. Those lies will try and creep in when you are still. The lies concern fear and of death are straight from the pits of hell. The good news is, you don’t have to entertain those thoughts. You will recognize the voice of the enemy, when he attempts to bring chaos into your peace. The word tells us to take these thoughts captive (before they take your peace and faith captive):
“We can demolish every deceptive fantasy that opposes God and break through every arrogant attitude that is raised up in defiance of the true knowledge of God. We capture, like prisoners of war, every thought and insist that it bow in obedience to the Anointed One.” (2 Corinthians 10:5 TPT)
So, how are we to walk by faith, when everything is telling us the opposite of what we are believing for by faith? How do we get past the probabilities, the might happen or could happen?
These things are very real, but we must determine, who’s report that we are going to believe; man’s (doctors, medical reports, judges or attorneys), or God’s Word?
The Word, very clearly tells us how to live (even when everything tells us differently). It’s found in Matthew 6:34 TPT)
“Refuse to worry about tomorrow, but deal with each challenge that comes your way, one day at a time. Tomorrow will take care of itself.””
What is this saying about my situation, preacher?
It is saying, that if your faith lines up with the word of God, that is, forever settled in Heaven (Psalm 119:89), then, not worry about what might, could, or probably happen tomorrow.
If you dwell on the reports, you will lose your peace, and your focus will turn to fear.
Live life today, with faith in the Word of God. Live your life for today, moment by moment and step by step.
Remember, there is not a man (doctor, judge or attorney) that has the final say about your life… only the Father!
