WHY I CHOOSE COCOBLUE OVER METHYLENE BLUE
I've had some people ask me about methylene blue over the last few months
And while I understand why people are interested in it, I personally prefer supporting my body with nutrition first.
Methylene blue is a synthetic compound that has been studied for mitochondrial function, cognitive support, mental clarity, antimicrobial activity, and fatigue.
Some people swear by it.
But it isn't just another supplement.
It directly interacts with cellular metabolism and brain chemistry.
If someone has an MTHFR variant, that makes me
MTHFR variants can influence:
• Methylation
• Neurotransmitter balance
• Detoxification pathways
• Homocysteine levels
• Cellular energy production
For some individuals, methylene blue may be well tolerated.
For others, responses can be less predictable.
Some concerns that are often discussed include:
MAO inhibition, which can affect serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine metabolism
Potential for agitation, headaches, insomnia, or feeling overstimulated in sensitive individuals
Possible medication interactions, especially with SSRIs and certain antidepressants
Increased oxidative stress when used improperly or at higher doses
Additional considerations for those with chemical sensitivities, anxiety, methylation challenges, or detoxification issues
Again, many people do fine with it.
But for me personally, I'd rather start with nourishing the cell.
That's why I prefer CocoBLUE.
Instead of forcing pathways, it provides the building blocks cells need to function optimally.

Just whole-food nourishment from the land and sea.
The more I learn about health, the more I believe that true vitality comes from supporting the body's innate intelligence rather than overriding it.

That's the path I definitely want to follow....
I'll post the nutrition facts and where to find this in the comments!
