THE CROSS OF CALVARY
🏼

SATURDAY 27TH JUNE, 2026

```TEXT: GALATIANS 6:7-10```
```KEY VERSE:``` "And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not" (GALATIANS 6:9).

Paul writes to believers who were tired of sowing. They had prayed, given, served, forgiven, and loved — but the harvest looked far away. It’s easy to quit when results are delayed. Yet the law of the farm is the law of the Kingdom: seed, time, and harvest. Calvary is proof. Jesus sowed His life in tears, blood, and death. For a moment it looked like defeat. But on the third day, the harvest of resurrection broke through.

Three truths about not growing weary: One, sowing is certain, reaping is conditional. “Whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap” (verse 7). You are always planting something — with your words, time, money, and choices. Sow to the flesh, reap corruption. Sow to the Spirit, reap life. Two, weariness is the enemy of harvest. “Let us not be weary in well doing.” The devil can’t stop your seed, but he will try to stop your staying power. Don’t quit five minutes before the miracle. Three, seasons belong to God. “For in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.” Due season means God’s appointed time. Your job is to sow and stay. His job is to grow and show.

Are you tired of doing good this Saturday? Tired of praying for that child, giving when it hurts, showing up when no one notices? Don’t faint. Look to the Cross again. Jesus did not grow weary, and because He finished, your labor in the Lord is not in vain. Keep sowing. Keep serving. Keep believing. Harvest is coming.

Prayer
Lord of the harvest, I confess I grow weary in well doing. Some days the ground looks hard and the sky looks empty. Strengthen my hands that hang down. Water every seed I have sown in tears and obedience. Help me to sow to the Spirit and not to the flesh. Let me not faint before my due season comes. Thank You for Calvary, where You sowed Your life so I could reap eternal life, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

May the Lord give you grace to keep sowing today. May His Spirit quicken every good seed, His favor bring your due season, and His joy be your strength until you reap, through Christ Jesus our Lord. Amen. 🏼
