DailyWord From Scriptures With PMA Sunday 28th June, 2026 UNDERSTANDING THE ENEMY'S STRATEGY IN THE BATTLES OF LIFE (6) "And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel." (Genesis 3:15) THE SNAKE'S VENOM When a snake bites, it releases venom into the body of its victim. The primary effect of this venom is to weaken, immobilize, and ultimately destroy the victim. In the same way, the devil injects “venom” into the human soul in the form of discouragement, envy, bitterness, resentment, and fear. Once these gain access to the mind, progress becomes hindered and spiritual strength is weakened. Even medically, it is established that many physical conditions are worsened or triggered by persistent negative emotions. This is why Scripture gives a strong instruction: “Rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say, Rejoice.” (Philippians 4:4) A rejoicing heart is a protected heart. A thankful spirit is a strengthened spirit. This morning, every root of bitterness, discouragement, and emotional poisoning in your life is uprooted in the name of Jesus. Amen. Declare This: I reject bitterness, discouragement, and every negative emotion. My heart is filled with the joy of the Lord, and my mind is strengthened by God’s Word. I walk in peace, clarity, and spiritual vitality. No poison of the enemy shall thrive in me, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
