ARE YOU READY TO MEET JESUS?

The Most Important Question You Will Ever Answer

"It is appointed for man to die once, and after that comes judgment." (Hebrews 9:27)

Every heartbeat is a gift from God.

Every sunrise is another opportunity to repent.

Every breath is another act of His mercy.

But one day, your final heartbeat will come.

One day, your name will be called.

One day, you will stand before the King of kings, Jesus Christ.

On that day, there will be no lawyers, no excuses, no second chances, no hidden sins, and no pretending.

Everything will be laid bare before the One whose eyes see every thought, every motive, every word, and every deed.

The greatest tragedy is not dying.

The greatest tragedy is meeting Jesus unprepared.

Jesus warned that not everyone who calls Him "Lord" truly belongs to Him (Matthew 7:21–23). He told His followers to "keep watch," because they do not know the day or the hour of His coming (Matthew 24:42–44; 25:13).

The Bible calls us to live in continual readiness—not in panic, but in faithful trust and obedience.

Many Christians believe that Christ could return for His Church before a future period of great tribulation. Others understand the timing differently. Whatever one's view of prophecy, every believer agrees on this: Christ will return, judgment is certain, and today is the day to turn to Him.

No one should delay repentance.

No one should assume there will always be another tomorrow.

If there is unforgiveness in your heart—bring it to Christ.

If there is secret sin—confess it.

If your love for Jesus has grown cold—return to Him.

If you have never truly trusted Him—come to Him today.

Jesus did not die merely to improve our lives.

He died to save sinners.

He rose again so that everyone who believes in Him may receive forgiveness, new life, and the hope of eternal life.

Salvation is not earned by our goodness. It is the gift of God's grace, received through faith in Jesus Christ alone. Genuine saving faith, however, produces a life that increasingly seeks to obey Him through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Do not ignore His voice.

Do not harden your heart.

The door of mercy remains open today.

But no one knows how long today will last.

Prayer: "Lord Jesus, Prepare Me to Meet You".

Dear Heavenly Father Jehovah God,

I come before You with humility in the name of Jesus Christ.

I confess that I have sinned and fallen short of Your glory. I cannot save myself. I cannot earn heaven. My only hope is the mercy You have shown through Your Son, Jesus Christ.

Lord Jesus, thank You for dying on the cross for my sins and rising again in victory. Thank You for Your precious blood that cleanses all who come to You in sincere repentance and faith.

Search my heart. Reveal every sin, every idol, every wrong attitude, every hidden motive, every bitterness, every unforgiveness, every act of pride, and every area where I have resisted Your will.

I confess these things before You and ask for Your forgiveness.

Wash me clean.

Create in me a clean heart.

Renew a steadfast spirit within me.

Clothe me with the righteousness that comes through faith in You alone.

Fill me with Your Holy Spirit.

Teach me to love what You love and to turn away from what dishonors You.

Help me to forgive others as You have forgiven me.

Give me courage to obey You, even when it is difficult.

Strengthen my faith so that I remain faithful until the end.

Help me to live each day as though it were my last—not in fear, but in hope, holiness, gratitude, and joyful expectation.

Whether You call me home through death or I am alive when Christ returns, may I be found trusting You, loving You, and following You.

Keep me close to You all the days of my life.

When I stand before You, let it be because I have trusted completely in Jesus Christ, whose grace alone is my hope.

May all glory belong to You forever.

In the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ I pray.
Amen.

A Final Appeal

If you are reading these words, God's invitation still stands.

Do not wait for a better time.

Do not presume upon tomorrow.

Turn to Christ today.

Trust Him.

Follow Him.

Walk with Him.

For the greatest joy imaginable is not merely escaping judgment—it is knowing Jesus Christ now and forever.

May every day find us watching, praying, repenting, believing, and rejoicing in the grace of our Savior until the day we see Him face to face.
