God doesn't count our sins against us. The sins Jesus forgave are not only your past sins; they also include your present and future sins. Every sin you have ever committed and every sin you will ever commit has been erased by the blood of Jesus.

God doesn't forgive you only when you apologize for your sins. He has already paid the full price for them. Before you ever committed a sin, He had already forgiven you for it. And He is never angry with you, for His forgiveness is not conditional.
