We all put our trust in something. People, money, jobs, vehicles... and if we're honest, every one of those has let us down at some point. Yet we keep trusting them. But when people think God has let them down, they often pull away from Him. That's exactly what the enemy wants. The truth is this: God has never failed. He doesn't fail, and He never will. He alone is worthy of our complete trust. Trusting God doesn't mean doing nothing. It's like starting your car—you make sure it's in neutral, the clutch is in, the key is turned... then the car does what you can't. Do your part. Obey what God has shown you to do. Then trust Him with what only He can do. If you're unsure what your next step is, ask your Father. He is faithful, and He will show you. Father, thank You that You have never failed and never will. Help me to trust You above everything else. Show me where I need to obey, and give me the faith to leave the rest in Your hands.
