Monday Encouragement
Blessings as we begin this new week in the service of our Lord Jesus Christ.
The celebration of our wonderful country has now passed, and we thank God for the amazing history of this great nation. We are grateful for the freedoms, blessings, and opportunities that the Lord has graciously allowed us to enjoy.
Yet now it is time for us to refocus our hearts upon the One who is truly responsible for every blessing in our nation and in our individual lives. All glory belongs to our sovereign Lord. Nations may celebrate their history, but the people of God must always remember that history itself is under the rule and authority of Almighty God.
The Lord Jesus Christ is not only Lord over the Church; He is Lord over all creation. He rules over nations, leaders, families, churches, and every detail of our lives. Therefore, our greatest duty is not merely to celebrate what has been given, but to honor the One who gave it.
As we begin this week, let us place our full attention back upon Christ, His Word, His will, and His calling upon our lives. The world offers many distractions, but the believer has a higher purpose. We are called to live for the glory of God, to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and to serve faithfully where He has placed us.
May our gratitude for national blessings lead us to deeper worship, greater obedience, and renewed commitment to the work of the Kingdom.
“Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.” — 1 Corinthians 10:31
May the Lord strengthen us this week to walk faithfully, serve humbly, and give all glory to Him alone.
Serving Christ Together for His Glory Alone.
Soli Deo Gloria.
