Heavenly Father,
We come before You with thankful hearts for the gift of salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ. Your Word in Acts 26:18 declares that You have called us “to open their eyes, in order to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith” in Jesus Christ.
Lord, help us to understand that we have a responsibility to share the Gospel. This is not merely a suggestion but the commandment of our Lord. As it is written in Mark 16:15, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.” Give us courage, wisdom, and love to obey this command faithfully.
Father, let us begin with our own children, relatives, friends, neighbors, and the people we meet each day. Open doors for us to speak about Your goodness, Your grace, and the saving power of Jesus Christ. Let our lives reflect Your truth so that others may see Christ in us.
Lord, Your Word says that those who believe and are baptized will be saved. May many come to faith through the testimony and witness You have entrusted to us, and may their names be written in the Book of Life.
Transform us, O God, from hearers of the Word into believers, from believers into faithful witnesses, and from faith into the bold preaching of the Gospel. Fill us with the Holy Spirit so that we may shine Your light in a dark world and lead many souls to Your kingdom.
