Matthew 18:32-35 KJV
[32] Then his lord, after that he had called him, said unto him, O thou wicked servant, I forgave thee all that debt, because thou desiredst me: [33] shouldest not thou also have had compassion on thy fellowservant, even as I had pity on thee? [34] And his lord was wroth, and delivered him to the tormentors, till he should pay all that was due unto him. [35] So likewise shall my heavenly Father do also unto you, if ye from your hearts forgive not every one his brother their trespasses.
It is written. Forgiveness is not optional. If we want to be given entry into the Kingdom, we must forgive right now, if any trespasses have been committed against us. Regardless of the most heinous or the smallest offense (which offense is a fiery dart Satan loves to bait us with). Forgiveness is not for the one who trespassed, but for the one upon which the trespass occurred. If we do not forgive EVERYONE who hurt or harmed us, neither will we be forgiven by our Father and therefore forfeit eternal life in the ,Kingdom. Forgive today, if you have not already done so.
