GOD'S WORD FOR THE DAY
“Called to Be Holy”
Leviticus 11:45
“For I am the Lord who brings you up out of the land of Egypt, to be your God. You shall therefore be holy, for I am holy.”
This is the Word of God. Leviticus 11 teaches that God's people were called to live differently because they belonged to Him. Their obedience reflected His holy character and reminded them that they were set apart for His purposes.
Today, God still calls His people to pursue holiness. As those redeemed by Christ, we are to live in a way that honors Him, reflecting His purity in our thoughts, words, and actions.
May God help us live as His holy people, set apart for His glory and faithful in all we do. Amen.
