Dear God, thank You for this day and for the reminder that the same God who anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and power is the same God who is with me right now. Your word in Acts 10:38 says, “God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and power, and he went around doing good and healing all who were under the power of the devil, because God was with him.” God, I’ve felt that quiet nudge in my heart, but I’ve been waiting for everything to be perfect before I move. Help me stop waiting and start walking in simple obedience today because the opportunities I’ve been praying for can’t find me if I’m standing still. Give me the strength to step out in faith even with all the questions I don’t have answers to. You are with me, and that’s enough. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
For the Lord God will help me; therefore I will not be disgraced; therefore I have set my face like a flint, and I know that I will not be ashamed. -Isaiah 50:7
For the Lord God will help me; therefore I will not be disgraced; therefore I have set my face like a flint, and I know that I will not be ashamed. -Isaiah 50:7
