Hello, I would like to share with you the message from 20 juillet 2026 from “The Good Seed” daily calendar.

Jesus said: All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will by no means cast out. (John 6:37)

“I’m too bad”
As a nurse, I liked to talk about Jesus and His love at work. One day, a patient said to me, “Jesus won’t accept me: I’m too bad. But I hope I don’t die soon.”
“I hope so too for you,” I replied, “but the sooner a person gets their life right with God, the sooner they will be filled with the peace that Jesus gives. Don’t you know the story of the criminal who was crucified next to the Lord Jesus Christ?”
At that moment, the patient’s wife came in. When she noticed that her husband was feeling unwell, she said, “I don’t want anyone to talk to my husband about religion. He can’t stand it.”
Three days later, the patient passed away. When I later met his son, he told me, “My father would have liked to see you again. But my mother was against it. I had to read him the story of the crucified criminal several times. He couldn’t hear it enough. On Sunday morning, he said to me, ‘My boy, everything is fine now, I have found my peace. Jesus has borne my sins. Let’s thank Him together.’ Then he prayed with me. Shortly thereafter, he peacefully left us.”
Do you know the account of the criminal who was crucified with another convict alongside Jesus? One mocked Jesus, but the other rebuked the mocker and said to him, “Do you not even fear God, seeing you are under the same condemnation? And we indeed justly, for we receive the due reward of our deeds; but this man has done nothing wrong.” Then he said, “Lord, remember me when You come into Your kingdom.” And Jesus said to him:
“Assuredly, I say to you, today you will be with Me in paradise.” (Luke 23:40-43)
